The Residences at Fireside

At the base of Loon Mountain, Longfellow Design Build set out to build 41 luxury townhomes directly on a working ski trail. The slope decided almost everything that followed.

Site Work & Landscaping

Longfellow's work includes the grounds, not just the buildings. The team shaped a sloping hillside into a stable planted terrace, set stone boulders to hold the grade, and filled the beds with hydrangea, Russian sage, and grasses that handle salt and coastal weather. The planting is chosen to thrive in Cape Cod's environment, so the landscape looks established rather than newly installed.
