Wall of Windows
A wall of windows can't carry the loads that a solid wall would. To make the openings work, our engineers designed a concealed structural frame around it. Engineered wood and steel beams transfer roof and floor loads around the openings, while steel moment frames provide lateral stiffness to protect the glazing systems and brace the house against hurricane force winds. The combination of steel and wood framing systems work together to create a sturdy but cost-effective way to achieve a clients goals. The glass creates the view, but the structural frame makes it possible.

Built-In Oversight
Our architects and engineers make regular site visits throughout construction — not just at milestones. Project managers have a direct line to the people who designed the details, so when field conditions don't match the drawings or a subcontractor needs clarity on a connection, the answer comes quickly from someone who knows the project.
